Overview
Owns high-volume bilingual billing support for members to access care and understand health plans. Works with up to 70 callers daily, translating medical terminology into clear guidance. Collaborates with billing system and healthcare teams to resolve escalated issues. This role emphasizes compassion, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance within a fast-moving clinic environment.

- 4Research and troubleshoot billing issues to ensure complete resolution
- 5Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality across all communications
- 6Handle high volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- 7Document tracking logs of patient contacts for follow up
- 8Collaborate with teams to address escalated concerns
- 9Provide accurate information about eligibility and billing practices
- 10Adhere to training and shift requirements including possible overtime
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 21+ years of experience in a call center handling high volume inbound calls
- 31+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting analyzing and resolving customer health care concerns
- 4Bilingual English/Spanish
- 5Knowledge of healthcare claims billing finance and eligibility processes
- 6Proficient in translating healthcare jargon into simple instructions
- 7Strong computer and Windows PC application skills
- 8Ability to work nine-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET
- 9Commitment to full-time attendance during training period
- 10Excellent listening, rapport building, and conflict management skills
