What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with customers via phone and face‑to‑face interactions to advance lease agreement renewals
- 2Sell benefits of timely payments to encourage customer satisfaction
- 3Assist Customer Account Managers in meeting daily weekly and monthly revenue targets
- 4Handle merchandise returns and coordinate guest deliveries
- 5Maintain accurate account records and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center
- 6Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets while safely operating company vehicles
- 7Load and secure products in company vehicles and assist Sales Team as needed
- 8Perform tasks requiring lifting capacity up to 300 lbs using dolly assistance
- 9Adhere to DOT certification requirements and comply with driver qualification policies
- 10Maintain professional appearance and uphold Aaron’s brand standards
Requirements9
- 1U.S. residents age 21 with valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- 2Canadian residents age 18 with applicable DOT certification
- 3High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 4Two years retail or customer service experience
- 5Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking abilities
- 6Strong telephone etiquette and ability to work varied hours 8 am to 9 pm
- 7Physical capability to lift 50 lbs independently and 300 lbs with dolly
- 8Ability to drive company vehicles safely and comply with safety protocols
- 9Commitment to Aaron’s brand values and customer service excellence
