- 3Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily weekly and monthly revenue targets
- 4Handle merchandise returns and coordinate guest deliveries
- 5Maintain accurate account records and certify merchandise quality
- 6Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route documentation
- 7Secure and protect products in company vehicles
- 8Operate company vehicles safely while transporting goods
- 9Support sales initiatives as needed across the organization
- 10Uphold Aaron's brand standards and protect company assets
- 11Follow strict safety protocols and physical requirements
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 21 years old with valid driver's license and clean driving record for US roles
- 2At least 2 years retail customer service experience preferred
- 3High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and 300 lbs with dolly assistance
- 5Valid state driver's license complying with company policy
- 6Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
