Overview
The Custodian I oversees facility cleanliness at City of Pasadena facilities. What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain cleanliness of city facilities using strippers sealers and buffers
- 2Collect trash from receptacles and remove to designated location
- 3Receive and complete work orders
- 4Maintain equipment and tools including vacuum cleaners buffers and air conditioning filters
- 5Manage supply inventory and request replacements through designated system
- 6Replace supplies in restrooms and kitchen locations
- 7Drive to pick up supplies when required
- 8Clean patio areas using pressure washer
- 9Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to city policies
Requirements6
- 1Minimum age 21 years
- 2Two years of janitorial experience
- 3Valid Texas driver’s license
- 4Excellent attendance record and good judgment
- 5Organizational skills
- 6PREFERRED experience in stripping and waxing tile floors with buffers burnishers and carpet cleaning machines
