What You'll Do5
- 1Perform minor property maintenance and repairs including plastering painting drywall fixing light fixtures installing appliances plumbing
- 2Repair and maintain furniture and equipment handling routine building tasks carpentry electrical plumbing HVAC
- 3Gather and empty trash service clean and supply restrooms clean windows glass partitions dust furniture restroom fixtures counter tops bathroom stalls toilets urinals concessions clean windows glass partitions mirrors make adjustments replace bolts adjust door handles move heavy furniture
- 4Clear and dispose of trash and debris from grounds walkways sidewalks curbs
- 5Make minor repairs as needed report to building maintenance manager work in machine shop environment routine walking standing bending lifting
Requirements6
- 1Good communications skills ability to follow oral and written instructions
- 2Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- 3Basic knowledge of plumbing carpentry electrical work
- 45+ years building maintenance experience
- 5M.S. Aerospace degree or equivalent
- 6Regular attendance required
