Curriculum Coordinator & Office Manager, Atlanta
Overview
You will own curriculum development and office operations for Wright School of Excellence in Smyrna, GA, shaping training programs for 100+ learners annually. You will manage Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling for workshops while supporting a tight-knit team of educators and administrators. This dual role puts you at the center of daily impact, from designing course content to keeping the office running smoothly. You will report directly to leadership, with autonomy to improve systems and build training materials from scratch.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain curriculum materials, training guides, and assessments using Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
- 2Coordinate schedules for training sessions and workshops, aligning with instructor availability and client needs.
- 3Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, vendor communication, and front-desk support.
- 4Serve as the main contact for staff, clients, and vendors, resolving issues within 24 hours.
- 5Update Excel and Google Sheets trackers for curriculum versioning and office budgets.
- 6Support leadership with project timelines, meeting notes, and reporting for special initiatives.
- 7Oversee onboarding checklists and coordinate staff training logistics with Learning Management Systems.
Requirements7
- 12+ years developing curriculum or coordinating educational programs.
- 22+ years managing office operations, including scheduling and record keeping.
- 3Strong organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- 4Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
- 6Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 7Experience with LMS platforms or instructional design is a plus.
