What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and oversee cohesive PreK–12 curriculum aligned with school mission and academic standards
- 2Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across grade levels and subjects
- 3Conduct curriculum reviews and recommend updates based on research
- 4Coordinate curriculum mapping and pacing guides between campuses
- 5Support teachers with instructional coaching and professional development
- 6Analyze student performance data to guide instructional decisions
- 7Collaborate with administrators to improve student achievement
- 8Assist with classroom observations and provide instructional feedback
- 9Research and implement innovative instructional programs and technologies
- 10Lead curriculum initiatives in STEM literacy and project-based learning
- 11Evaluate educational resources and digital learning tools
Requirements11
- 1Master's degree in Curriculum Instruction or related field
- 25+ years teaching experience
- 3Minimum 3 years curriculum leadership experience
- 4Strong knowledge of accreditation processes
- 5Proficiency with curriculum mapping software
- 6Experience with student data systems
- 7Prepared to travel between campuses 12 minutes apart
- 8Ability to lead curriculum across multiple grade levels
- 9Familiarity with STEM and instructional technology leadership
- 10Collaborative and servant-minded leadership style
