What You'll Do11
- 1Own and execute patient CT scans ensuring accurate positioning and optimal image quality
- 2Lead radiology team in maintaining regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
- 3Develop and implement radiographic protocols for diverse patient populations
- 4Mentor junior staff and provide training on advanced imaging techniques
- 5Collaborate with radiologists to optimize scan parameters and diagnostic outcomes
- 6Manage inventory of critical imaging supplies and equipment
- 7Analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
- 8Maintain detailed records of patient exams and documentation
- 9Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient confidentiality
- 10Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- 11Adapt to changing workload demands while meeting production targets
Requirements11
- 1Currently certified as a Registered Technologist with ARRT or equivalent
- 2Proven experience with PACS systems and digital imaging workflows
- 3Expertise in radiographic positioning and exposure factor formulation
- 4Certified in Image Wisely and Image Gently programs
- 5Valid Nevada state license and current ARRT credentials
- 6Demonstrated ability to interpret ACR protocol requirements
- 7Strong knowledge of patient care across all age groups
- 8Experience with contrast media administration and complication management
- 9Ability to perform aseptic technique procedures
- 10Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- 11Commitment to team collaboration and cross-functional support
