What You'll Do8

  • 1Build and maintain a sterile clinical environment for perioperative care using anesthesia standards
  • 2Provide anesthesia services for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in the surgical setting with patient safety as a priority
  • 3Collaborate with surgeons, perioperative staff, and anesthesia team to coordinate care across the perioperative period
  • 4Assess patient health needs, review medical history, and develop anesthesia plans tailored to individual cases
  • 5Monitor and manage patient status during anesthesia, ensuring rapid response to respiratory and hemodynamic changes
  • 6Document intraoperative events and contribute to post-anesthesia recovery planning
  • 7Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs within the surgical services
  • 8Support education and mentorship for staff and trainees as part of the anesthesia team

Requirements5

  • 1Current CRNA license and certification to practice in Indiana
  • 2Experience delivering anesthesia across diverse patient populations including infants through geriatrics
  • 3Strong clinical judgment and collaboration with surgeons and perioperative staff
  • 4Ability to work a Monday–Friday day shift with call rotation for nights and weekends
