You will own the morning shift at a high-volume Tropical Smoothie Cafe, delivering Unparalleled Hospitality with Tropitude energy. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer with Tropitude and deliver Unparalleled Hospitality from the moment they walk in.
- 2Prep fresh ingredients for smoothies and food, following Tropical Smoothie Cafe recipes and standards.
- 3Assemble and serve smoothies and food with speed and accuracy during peak morning hours.
- 4Operate the register, take orders, handle cash, and balance your drawer at shift end.
- 5Keep workstations, dining room, and restrooms spotless using brand sanitation practices.
- 6Stock supplies, refill ice, and take out trash, lifting up to 30 pounds.
- 7Follow all safety and security policies to protect the team and customers.
- 8Support crew members across stations to keep the cafe running smoothly.
Requirements7
- 1Morning availability including weekends, required.
- 2Legally able to work in the U.S. per State and Federal guidelines.
- 3Ability to stand and walk continuously for 4-8 hour shifts.
- 4Capability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds.
- 5Comfortable with constant face-to-face interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- 6Skill in multitasking and staying positive under pressure.
- 7Adherence to Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and hygiene standards.
