Overview
You will own the guest experience at Bread Zeppelin, a fast-growing chain with 7 DFW locations. You will welcome guests, prepare signature chopped salads in artisan baguettes, and work the line to ensure every order is fresh and accurate. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests with a smile and positive energy, setting the tone for an unforgettable visit.
- 2Prepare chopped salads and stuff artisan baguettes with 40+ fresh toppings to order.
- 3Work the line during peak hours, maintaining speed and accuracy on every ticket.
- 4Keep your station stocked and clean, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- 5Take orders at the register and handle cash and card transactions with precision.
- 6Assist in daily prep, including chopping vegetables, baking baguettes and bread pudding.
- 7Collaborate with teammates to keep the line flowing and orders out fast.
Requirements5
- 11+ year experience in restaurant or customer service roles.
- 2Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
- 3Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shift work.
- 4Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- 5Must be reliable and punctual; weekend availability a plus.
