Overview

You will own your development as a credit professional, learning to extend trade credit and build customer relationships. The program spans 8–12 months with rotations through warehouse, sales counter, and delivery routes. You will learn credit systems, collection management, and the Uniform Commercial Code. Mentoring comes from the credit leadership team, and successful completion leads to a Credit Manager role.

  • 6Prepare to own a portfolio with millions in accounts receivable as a Credit Manager.

Requirements5

  • 10-3 years of work experience post bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2Strong communication skills for face-to-face, phone, and group presentations.
  • 3High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships.
  • 4Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • 5Open to relocating after the initial training in La Porte, TX.
