Overview
WEBTOON Entertainment seeks a Creator Payments Operations Specialist to lead global settlement operations for CANVAS. You will own and elevate end-to-end payout processes while championing creator success. This role drives stable payments for thousands of creators worldwide.
What You'll Do6
- 1Manage day-to-day global payout operations for CANVAS creators transforming monthly cycles into scalable processes
- 2Act as primary point of contact for payment CS guiding creators through registration and troubleshooting
- 3Partner with Finance Planning and Engineering to diagnose errors and advocate automation
- 4Prepare for future high-volume initiatives like subscription settlements and ad revenue-share expansions
- 5Ensure bilingual fluency in English and Korean to support South Korea teams
- 6Apply analytical skills to identify operational gaps and resolve issues swiftly
Requirements5
- 1Bilingual fluency English Korean professional level written verbal communication
- 25+ years operational experience financial operations or project management fast-paced environment
- 3Stakeholder management coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
