What You'll Do11

- 3Prepare training materials including video previews and error documentation
- 4Research technical topics and create assessment tools
- 5Measure training effectiveness through performance metrics
- 6Enhance employee skills while maintaining production schedules
- 7Conduct job site evaluations to identify development opportunities
- 8Transcribe videos for Spanish language conversion when needed
- 9Promote training opportunities internally and externally
- 10Coordinate training activities as required by management
- 11Maintain accurate records of employee competencies
Requirements10
- 1Commercial and electrical experience with safety protocols
- 2Demonstrated expertise in electrical trade operations
- 3High school diploma or equivalent certification
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 6Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- 7Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- 8Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 9NCEER Electrical Certification preferred
- 10Willingness to travel to various job sites
