Requirements10
- 1Associate degree in business, public administration, criminal justice, law, political science, or related liberal arts.
- 22+ years in customer service, data entry, or records management.
- 32+ years as a lead or supervisor in customer service, data entry, records management, or court/legal operations.
- 4Affirmation as a sworn Deputy Clerk of the Court.
- 5Knowledge of laws and rules for court records and documents.
- 6Skill in digital records management and imaging technology.
- 7Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and word processing software.
- 8Ability to conduct legal research and statistical analysis.
- 9Experience resolving problems and making decisions in a high-volume setting.
- 10Skill in building sustainable working relationships with County personnel and the public.
