What You'll Do10
- 1Greet guests and explain rules for each attraction trampoline zone and laser tag area
- 2Monitor safety, wristbands, and proper footwear during all activities injury prevention
- 3Engage with guests and parents to elevate the guest experience customer service
- 4Conduct daily safety checks and walkthroughs of all assigned attractions maintain safety
- 5Clear attractions when wristband time expires or in case of injury incident response
- 6Maintain a clean, sanitized, hazard-free play environment sanitation
- 7Carry and use a fully stocked first aid backpack for minor injuries first aid
- 8Communicate with supervisors and report incidents using radios communication
- 9Complete opening, closing, and maintenance checklists operations
- 10Uphold Launch safety, cleanliness, and service standards with enthusiasm team standards
Requirements6
- 1Outgoing and reliable with the ability to stay focused in a high-energy setting communication reliability
- 2Able to enforce safety rules with a friendly, respectful attitude safety customer service
- 3Excellent communication and guest engagement skills communication guest experience
- 4Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs physical requirements
- 5Weekend availability required schedule flexibility
- 6Prior customer service, amusement, or recreation experience is a plus but not required experience
