What You'll Do10
- 1Build strong customer relationships through friendly bilingual service and product guidance
- 2Process sales orders, returns, and special requests accurately to support timely fulfillment
- 3Provide expert guidance on plumbing parts, fittings, valves, tools, and materials
- 4Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment and inventory needs
- 5Handle phone inquiries, quotes, and product availability checks
- 6Maintain a clean, organized counter and showroom area
- 7Support daily operations including stocking shelves and light merchandising
- 8Communicate effectively with Spanish speaking customers and contractors
- 9Assist customers with pricing, order placement, and problem solving
- 10Maintain accurate records and ensure a professional counter sales experience
Requirements10
- 1Plumbing product knowledge required (parts, fittings, valves, tools, materials)
- 2Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 3Experience in counter sales, customer service, or plumbing supply preferred
- 4Strong communication and problem solving skills
- 5Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent customer interaction
- 6Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory lookup
- 7Reliable, professional, and team oriented
- 8Onsite full‑time in Tampa, FL
- 9Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am‑4pm
- 10Pay: $17-$20/HR Based on experience
