As a Learning Leader, you will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentor Future Professionals in cosmetology students across hair, skin, and makeup. You will deliver objective-based education through OBEs, mini classes, and learning centers in a hands-on salon setting. What You'll Do5
- 1Build engaging lessons and mini classes that drive student outcomes in hair, skin, and makeup
- 2Design objective-based education experiences and track student progress to ensure competency

- 4Mentor and coach future professionals to develop technical skills and professional soft skills
- 5Lead and participate in workplace culture initiatives and community involvement initiatives
Requirements8
- 1Current NJ Cosmetology License (Required)
- 2Prior instructional or teaching experience in a cosmetology school
- 3Salon experience with proven technical expertise in hair, skin, and makeup
- 4Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities
- 5Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- 6Team leadership, student supervision, and outcome tracking experience
- 7Solid work history with verifiable references
- 8Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for education and the beauty industry
