- 4Assist third‑party providers including food, fitness, banking, and car wash services
- 5Manage invoice, purchase order, and budget tracking processes
- 6Support cross‑functional collaboration to coordinate logistics and update stakeholders
- 7Prepare reports, summaries, and employee communications as needed
- 8Conduct field checks to verify service areas and program functionality
- 9Identify process improvements using feedback and recurring issue analysis
- 10Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned
