- 1Prepare hot and cold menu items on the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line
- 2Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods per menu cycle and standardized recipes
- 3Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability
- 4Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- 5Manage inventory and ingredient prep for upcoming meals
- 6Collaborate with team to deliver meals on schedule for residents

- 1Previous experience in Senior Living preferred
