What You'll Do7
- 1Direct and oversee the accounting system and financial operations including billing accounts receivable cash receipts collections accounts payable payroll general ledger forecasting budgeting internal controls and audits
- 2Prepare monthly and annual financial reviews budgets and state financial reports
- 3Develop and implement efficiency plans as requested by leadership
- 4Participate in governing body committees and partnership boards
- 5Monitor compliance with Medicare regulations
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- 7Lead initiatives to enhance operational performance
Requirements7
- 15+ years hospital accounting experience
- 2MBA preferred
- 3Strong knowledge of financial management and analysis principles
- 4Experience in labor management revenue analysis expense management contract negotiation and utilization review
- 5Background in budgeting capital planning and operations
- 6Proven ability to build and execute internal control environments
- 7Bachelor's degree required
