Contract Management Specialist III (Austin Fleet Mobility Services)
Overview
Under limited supervision, develops and manages complex contracts and grants. This role focuses on innovation sustainability and efficiency while supporting over 7,500 vehicles across 25 city departments. The ideal candidate brings expertise in contract law and procurement processes.
What You'll Do12

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration with 4 years experience
- 2Experience in contract development and grant management
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- 4Knowledge of contract law and federal/state/local regulations
- 5Ability to research and respond to inquiries from city officials
- 6Strong communication skills for written and oral interactions
- 7Experience with procurement documentation and solicitation processes
- 8Experience with city policies and procedures
- 9Intermediate travel capabilities to multiple locations
- 10Minimum 5+ years experience in similar roles
- 11Familiarity with AWS Certified solutions
