Overview

Leads contents pack-out, cleaning, and documentation on fire loss projects at scale. Owns field operations, inventory accuracy, and customer interactions while guiding technicians through packing, storage, and transport. This role blends hands-on restoration work with team leadership and workflow coordination to protect customer belongings. You’ll work onsite in Phoenix, collaborating with project managers and the contents team to maintain safety, quality, and empathy under pressure.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Lead contents technicians during pack-outs and pack-backs to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient restoration
  • 2Provide guidance and training on packing, documentation, and restoration procedures to maintain high standards
  • 3Photograph and document items for insurance claims and internal tracking to support accurate claims
  • 4Oversee cleaning and deodorization of fire and smoke damaged contents using approved methods
  • 5Maintain inventory records and containerization using company systems and verify items from pack-out through return delivery
  • 6Coordinate staging, transport, and storage of belongings between job sites and warehouse
  • 7Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage while conducting forklift operations when required
  • 8Communicate status updates to project managers and customers with professionalism and empathy

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 22+ years of experience in restoration contents handling or related field
  • 3Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate a small team
  • 4Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 5Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and emergency shifts as needed
