Content Marketing Coordinator at Sight & Sound Systems will own on-site photo and video content creation for luxury residential and commercial projects with 15–20 hours weekly. The role blends field work with collaboration on creative briefs and campaigns, turning technical installations into engaging stories. You will operate in a hybrid, part-time capacity with local project visits in Sterling, VA and the Washington, DC metro area. This position emphasizes hands-on content capture, organization, and coordination with designers and marketing partners.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build shot lists and content ideas before visits and capture high-quality photo and video on site
  • 2Design and adapt story angles for social media, websites, and campaigns to showcase installations
  • 3Capture both vertical and horizontal formats for diverse channels and ensure clear labeling for editors
  • 4Collaborate with designers and external partners on briefs and campaign concepts
  • 5Organize content and manage basic performance tracking and calendars
  • 6Support direct-mail and client-outreach campaigns with accurate mailing lists and deployment tracking
  • 7Represent Sight & Sound Systems professionally in client environments and adhere to safety requirements
  • 8Maintain content inventory and provide notes to editors and partners
  • 9Follow up on project content needs and deadlines to keep campaigns on schedule
  • 10Spot opportunities for compelling on-site storytelling and content reuse

Requirements10

  • 1Experience creating photo, video, social media, or marketing content from any source
  • 2Strong visual judgment and ability to identify engaging project moments
  • 3Comfort in active field and construction-related environments
  • 4Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • 5Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external teams
  • 6Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled weekday daytime site visits
  • 7Professional judgment when handling clients and confidential information
  • 8Familiarity with professional camera equipment is a plus (Sony preferred)
  • 9Video-editing experience is a plus
  • 10No degree required but a strong portfolio is expected
