What You'll Do8

  • 1Build analytical models in SAS and SQL to forecast portfolio performance and identify emerging risks.
  • 2Design segmentation strategies in Excel and Tableau for customized treatments across Credit Cards, Auto Loans, and Home Loans.
  • 3Develop code to extract and analyze data from SQL Server, Teradata, and Hadoop to support strategy decisions.
  • 4Lead the production of monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key trends and anomalies.
  • 5Drive test-and-learn experiments to measure the impact of new mitigation strategies on loss exposure.
  • 6Collaborate with fraud, collections, and digital teams to refine treatment strategies for delinquent accounts.
  • 7Perform deep-dive analyses on Paycheck Protection Program and Balance Assist portfolios to optimize recovery workflows.
  • 8Present findings and recommendations to business leaders, using PowerPoint to communicate complex insights clearly.

Requirements9

  • 11+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on driving business results.
  • 21+ years of experience with Excel, Access, and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • 31+ years of experience building visualizations in Tableau or similar tools.
  • 4Proven ability to use statistical techniques to evaluate strategy performance in a risk management context.
  • 52+ years of experience in collections and recovery, preferred.
  • 62+ years of quantitative analyst experience, including SAS, Python, or R, preferred.
  • 7Experience with SQL Server, Teradata, or Hadoop for data extraction, preferred.
  • 8Experience with business case development and financial statements, preferred.
  • 9Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to condense complex data into actionable insights.
