What You'll Do9

  • 1Coordinate all site construction activities, including scheduling subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants to meet project milestones.
  • 2Supervise field personnel and trade workers, enforcing Zero Injury safety protocols across all daily operations.
  • 3Resolve on-site conflicts and obstacles that delay progress, adjusting workflows to keep the construction schedule on track.
  • 4Direct material and equipment deliveries to maintain a continuous flow of construction activity.
  • 5Inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, catching defects early.
  • 6Manage field production notes and files using Procore, documenting daily progress and reporting to the Project Manager.
  • 7Partner with the Project Manager to build and monitor the construction schedule, flagging risks ahead of time.
  • 8Lead startup meetings for new phases, aligning teams on scope, sequence, and safety expectations.
  • 9Drive the constructability review through project closeout, identifying constraints and supporting the project management staff.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years of experience in commercial general contracting on mid/high-rise corporate projects.
  • 2Proven track record as project lead on commercial build-outs in a corporate environment.
  • 3Skilled in construction scheduling and cost control to deliver within budget.
  • 4Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
  • 5Hands-on safety management with a commitment to Zero Injury protocols.
  • 6Proficiency in Procore for field reporting and documentation.
