What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee all day‑to‑day field operations for the construction of a pre‑fabricated metal storage building and attached office space.
- 2Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- 3Plan, organize, and sequence construction activities for base‑build, metal building, site work, and interior scopes.
- 4Read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings to guide field execution.
- 5Handle all field contract documents, including plans, specifications, and related project documentation.
- 6Lead and participate in regular progress meetings with project stakeholders.
- 7Prepare and submit daily progress reports documenting activities manpower safety issues and schedule impacts.
- 8Monitor jobsite safety and promote a safe working environment per company and project requirements.
- 9Collaborate with project team members to support permitting activities and compliance with local regulations.
- 10Use project management tools including Procore to track documentation reports and project communication.
- 11Identify and communicate potential issues affecting schedule budget or quality and assist in developing solutions.
Requirements17
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in commercial construction supervision
- 3Proven experience in pre‑fabricated metal building construction and base‑build projects
- 4Ability to read and interpret blueprints with high accuracy
- 5Hands‑on experience managing subcontractors on active sites
- 6Demonstrated capability in construction scheduling and coordinating multiple trades
- 7Experience managing project budgets and understanding cost impacts of field decisions
- 8Proficiency in preparing daily progress reports and documenting field activities
- 9Working knowledge of permitting processes and field‑related permit compliance
- 10Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
- 11Strong communication and leadership skills to direct field teams and subcontractors
- 12Commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite and enforcing safety practices
- 13Experience with metal building systems and interior build‑out projects
- 14Familiarity with site work and base‑build construction processes at marina or waterfront locations
- 15Ability to lead progress meetings and clearly present project status to stakeholders
