What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and sustain long-term client partnerships that generate repeat and referral business
  • 2Identify and pursue new project opportunities to grow the company's client base
  • 3Own the front end of each project, setting the tone for quality standards and compliance from day one
  • 4Lead the change order process end to end — reviewing submissions, flagging issues early, and driving resolutions
  • 5Vet subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders for accuracy before they move forward
  • 6Contribute to schedule development and help sequence work across trades
  • 7Build out project timelines and keep a firm hand on cost control throughout the job
  • 8Partner with field leadership to shape a safety plan tailored to each specific job site
  • 9Own the budget and deliver clear, consistent financial reporting

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years leading construction projects ideally within the healthcare sector
  • 2Working knowledge of cost management, scheduling, procurement, estimating, accounting, and core engineering principles
  • 3Strong leadership instincts paired with the interpersonal skills to rally a project team
  • 4Fluent in construction methods and procedures, with the ability to rally a team of professionals toward strong outcomes
  • 5Analytical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
  • 6Proven track record of building durable, long-term client relationships
  • 7Comfort driving multiple high-priority initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment
  • 8Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or a related discipline
