What You'll Do11
- 1Lead the planning execution and closing of construction projects ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget
- 2Manage project teams including subcontractors suppliers and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability
- 3Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software coordinating construction schedules effectively
- 4Oversee construction estimating processes and cost management to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
- 5Review construction plans blueprints and technical specifications ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- 6Monitor construction site activities daily to ensure quality control safety compliance and progress tracking
- 7Coordinate with clients architects engineers and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution
- 8Utilize construction management software like ProCore Bluebeam HeavyBid Civil 3D and Microsoft Office tools for documentation reporting and communication
- 9Manage contract negotiations change orders and procurement processes to maintain project integrity

Requirements10
- 1Proven experience managing heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a focus on infrastructure or large-scale developments
- 2Strong knowledge of construction regulations safety standards and permitting processes
- 3Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6 Primavera P3 ProCore Bluebeam HeavyBid Civil 3D Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel and other construction management tools
- 4Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- 5Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role capable of motivating diverse groups toward common goals
- 6Deep understanding of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies
- 7Skilled in project scheduling coordination to ensure timely delivery of milestones
