Overview

What You'll Do7
- 1Manage all field construction for cross passages, access ramps, structural concrete, excavation, and underground support systems.
- 2Lead daily planning and execution, ensuring compliance with schedule and milestones.
- 3Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and crews to maximize productivity.
- 4Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to stay on schedule and budget.
- 5Conduct site inspections and document all construction activities.
- 6Resolve field issues, RFIs, and constructability challenges with engineering and leadership.
- 7Support reporting with updates on production, manpower, schedule, and performance.
Requirements12
- 15+ years managing heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- 2Proven field operations in excavation, structural concrete, earthwork, utilities, retaining structures, bridges, highways, underground, or oil and gas.
- 3Strong grasp of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
- 4Experience leading large crews and subcontractors in demanding environments.
- 5Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- 6Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- 8Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
- 9Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
- 10Preferred: Experience with underground construction, tunneling, shafts, cross passages, access ramps.
- 11Preferred: Background in Design-Build or large infrastructure projects.
- 12Preferred: OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training.
