Construction and Project Management Advisor

What You'll Do11
- 1Manage construction project budgets schedules and risks to ensure safe timely and cost-effective delivery
- 2Review project plans and advise on constructability cost sequencing and scheduling
- 3Develop construction cost and schedule estimates using industry practices and historical data
- 4Support engineering and supply chain functions including contract specifications bid evaluations and procurement documentation
- 5Coordinate field activities contractors operating groups permits and commissioning while tracking progress costs and change orders
- 6Conduct site inspections quality and safety reviews and mentor team members
- 7Own and execute construction deliverables across multiple projects applying project management standards
- 8Analyze technical and business impacts while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- 9Maintain strong planning organizational communication and presentation abilities
- 10Utilize Microsoft Office and PM software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
- 11Demonstrate proficiency in Engineering Construction Management and PMP certification
Requirements10
- 1University degree or related construction training with 4+ years experience or equivalent education and experience
- 2Additional 3 years for candidates without a degree totaling 7+ years
- 3Physical ability to grasp kneel lift objects up to 20 pounds reach above shoulder perform repetitive motions
- 4Visual capability to view screens detect color coding and read fine print
- 5Valid driver’s license with clean record verified before hiring
- 6Experience managing multiple construction projects with proven independent management skills
- 7Knowledge of construction principles drawings schedules budgets contracts submittals change orders
- 8Understanding of safety environmental requirements and quality standards
- 9Strong planning organizational and communication abilities with technical reporting skills
- 10PMP certification preferred
