What You'll Do5
- 1Maintain accurate up-to-date CMDB authoritative source for all Configuration Items and relationships within customer enterprise IT environment
- 2Integrate CMDB with AMSs such as ILMS ServiceNow to ensure consistency between asset records and configuration data
- 3Ensure bidirectional data synchronization between CMDB and AMSs reconcile discrepancies support C/CM process
- 4Track CI attributes including hardware specifications software versions dependencies ownership location change history
- 5Own and scale CMDB operations across hybrid VPC and global network infrastructure
Requirements3
- 15+ years Bachelor's in IT or related field
- 2ServiceNow CSA Secret Security Clearance
- 3Physical Requirements sit standing ambulate stoop kneel crouch crawl repeatable lifting carrying weight up to 40 pounds travel land air 25%
