What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate and improve Incident and Service Request Management
- 2Develop and coordinate change requests for Ticket Management System improvements
- 3Enhance self-help/self-service request capabilities
- 4Support change management process according to policies
- 5Participate in change management meetings and assessments
- 6Assess and implement changes with government stakeholders
- 7Provide impact analysis and risk assessment for changes
- 8Maintain Ticket Management System configurations and enhance functionality
- 9Review and revise incident classifications with government participation
- 10Enable users to resolve standard issues independently
- 11Collaborate with technical teams to implement changes
Requirements5
- 15+ years Bachelor's in IT or related field
- 2ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification
- 3Secret Security Clearance
- 4Physical ability to sit stand walk and lift 40 pounds
- 5Travel by land or air 25%
