What You'll Do6
- 1Develop integrated dashboard solutions providing program-level views for senior management and user-level views for operational technical staff
- 2Maintain monitoring tools and processes tracking system performance against thresholds enabling proactive alerting integrated dashboards real-time visibility
- 3Collect analyze report metrics including CPU memory utilization I/O disk statistics availability uptime and trending data
- 4Establish and maintain thresholds for proactive alerting coordinating with technical teams ensuring incident routing effective aligned operational needs
- 5Ensure all operating environments managed according to enterprise-wide monitoring strategy proactively support adherence to federal executive orders such as M-21-31 M-22-09
- 6Provide monitoring support for non-production environments identifying development bottlenecks addressing issues prior to production release
Requirements5
- 16+ years Bachelor's in IT or related field
- 2Splunk Certified Admin minimum one
- 3AppDynamics or OEM certs desired
- 4Secret Security Clearance preferred
- 5Physical requirements sitting standing ambulating stooping kneeling crawling lifting carrying weight up to 40 pounds traveling by land or air 25%
