What You'll Do11
- 1Greet prospects and residents ensuring comfort while they wait for assistance
- 2Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- 3Manage guest suite schedules for payments and cleanliness
- 4Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for moves
- 5Maintain clubhouse amenities before office opening
- 6Track package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- 7Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities
- 8Provide local recommendations on restaurants and shops
- 9Maintain equipment rental and dry cleaning logs
- 10Help plan and organize community events
- 11Keep detailed information on local resources and vendor contacts
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in residential property management
- 3Resident service experience in property management is a plus
- 4Event planning experience is a plus
- 5Flexible work schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Salary Insight
$42 - $46k per year
