What You'll Do10
- 1Build and design resident services programs and act as information source for local market resources
- 2Greet prospects and residents while ensuring comfort and manage phone calls routing and service request callbacks
- 3Maintain guest suite schedule manage loading dock and elevator schedules coordinate resident activities and programs
- 4Manage package deliveries notify residents within 24 hours maintain equipment rental logs and support community operations
- 5Assist with scheduling planning and organizing resident activities keep local area information updated and maintain vendor relationships
- 6Physical demands include standing walking sitting bending climbing ladders reaching carrying and crawling in confined spaces
- 7Work inside outside in all weather conditions lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- 8Travel rare or regular to assist other properties attend training and business meetings
- 9Flexible schedule including evening weekend and holiday call work
- 10Participate in bonus programs based on individual and company performance
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience
- 35+ years constructing apartment complexes using Procore
- 4Project Management certification preferred
- 5Customer Service certification required
- 6Real Estate background advantageous
- 7Strong communication and organizational skills
- 8Ability to work in fast paced environment
- 9Experience with cloud computing and AWS
- 10Familiarity with mobile applications development
- 11Knowledge of data analysis techniques
