Overview
You will own first impressions at HumanGood's Boston community, greeting residents, visitors, and vendors while managing calls and inquiries. You will coordinate daily services like transportation and mail, and support marketing by sharing community details. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
- 2Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate team members, taking and delivering messages accurately.
- 3Provide an overview of community information to inquiries, supporting marketing and sales efforts.
- 4Coordinate resident services including transportation, mail, and deliveries.
- 5Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including copying, faxing, and data entry.
- 6Ensure residents' privacy, rights, and safety are upheld at all times.
- 7Assist with scheduling visitors and maintaining a tidy, secure lobby area.
- 8Support sales team by tracking inquiries and follow-ups in Outlook and Excel.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 22+ years in customer service roles, preferably with seniors.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 4Experience with desktop publishing software and internet applications.
- 5Availability to work Sundays from 7a-3p and additional shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for phone and in-person interactions.
- 7Detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive information and multiple tasks.
- 8Ability to work part-time, with teens welcome to apply (per local regulations).
