What You'll Do5
- 1Secure insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters
- 2Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments
- 3Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs
- 4Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow including notices tenders and cost-share agreements
- 5Analyze claim outcomes within the first ninety days to refine recovery strategies
Requirements3
- 15+ years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer law firm or insurance archaeology firm
- 2Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3Domain expertise with mass tort and long-tail claims such as asbestos toxic tort environmental pollution
