The Community Outreach Manager will own regional relationship-building and partnership development at scale in Nashville. You will cultivate strategic collaborations with local businesses, healthcare organizations, hotels, schools, and government entities to expand zTrip’s presence and accessibility. This role blends marketing, community engagement, and strategic growth, with a focus on measurable partnership impact and brand awareness across the region. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to drive growth in the Nashville market
- 2Represent zTrip at events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand brand visibility and relationships
- 3Coordinate meetings with prospective partners, sustain long-term collaborations, and foster transportation accessibility
- 4Support local marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns to raise awareness and customer engagement
- 5Collaborate with leadership, operations, and customer service to enhance partner and customer experiences
- 6Contribute to special projects focused on community engagement and business development
- 7Generate ideas to expand community awareness and drive program participation
- 8Maintain positive communication with customers, partners, and community leaders
- 9Participate in professional associations and Chamber of Commerce events to broaden network
- 10Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction through partnerships
