Lead voice and face of fast-moving ambient AI startup to engaged users. Build and nurture community across platforms while shaping company connections and growth. Work with GM and cross-functional partners to define role scope. Hybrid role based in San Francisco CA. Visa sponsorship not available.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and own community presence across Discord X and other platforms
- 2Drive daily moderation engagement and platform management
- 3Plan and coordinate digital and in-person community events
- 4Partner with product research teams for UX insights
- 5Collaborate with GTM teams for coordinated campaigns
- 6Represent company values as trusted community figure
- 7Define processes and build playbooks from scratch
- 8Execute go-to-market campaigns using engaged community members
- 9Resolve conflicts and drive engagement independently
Requirements5
- 12+ years building or growing online community for B2C or prosumer product
- 2Proven experience managing moderation engagement across Discord X
- 3Ability to make independent decisions without predefined processes
- 4Experience coordinating community events both digital and in-person
- 5Track record of partnering with product/research teams for user research
