What You'll Do8
- 1Own complete product surfaces end-to-end including interfaces APIs and underlying data models
- 2Define architecture and ship to production while monitoring behavior and fixing issues
- 3Build intuitive performant UX exposing sophisticated backend behavior
- 4Remove growth ceilings by making customer-facing product obvious and intuitive
- 5Design and ship product surfaces without detailed specifications or design files
- 6Make architectural decisions independently and own implementation through production
- 7Thrive with ambiguity and minimal process overhead
- 8Deliver solutions that make complex system behavior legible and fast for engineers and enterprise teams
Requirements6
- 15+ years building full-stack applications with shipped products in production
- 2Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks React Vue or equivalent
- 3Backend service development experience designing and implementing APIs and data models
- 4Proficiency with backend languages and frameworks Python Go Node.js or Java
- 5Experience with databases and data modeling for real-time performance systems
- 6Comfort operating with ambiguity and thriving with ownership and minimal process overhead
