What You'll Do9

  • 1Install new hardware and software, and set up employee accounts for Windows and macOS devices.
  • 2Design and implement unified communications and collaboration infrastructure projects, including VoIP and Microsoft Teams.
  • 3Create and present network designs with purpose statements, test plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates.
  • 4Monitor company systems continuously to prevent issues and ensure uptime.
  • 5Analyze data to identify root causes of product and delivery issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • 6Drive warehouse efficiency programs by optimizing merchandise flow and reducing costs.
  • 7Foster a positive work environment through open feedback and two-way communication.
  • 8Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • 9Ensure inventory management and allocation maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements8

  • 13+ years in network engineering, with focus on unified communications and collaboration platforms.
  • 2Hands-on experience with VoIP systems, SIP trunking, and Microsoft Teams.
  • 3Proficiency in network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
  • 4Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or PRTG.
  • 5Strong project management skills, including budget estimation and documentation.
  • 6Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decision making.
  • 7Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • 8Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs for installations.
