Network Engineer at United Flow Technologies
Overview
Design and maintain secure efficient IT infrastructure for a national water and wastewater provider. Work onsite 5 days weekly in Irving TX. Lead troubleshooting optimization and deploy new technologies to support business operations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Fine-tune and implement IT policies to ensure security and efficiency
- 2Manage network and security applications including Checkpoint Fortinet Sentinel One Tenable.io Automox and update Tesco systems
- 3Implement and manage network monitoring and SEIM systems
- 4Handle firewall policies DNS DHCP and router switch configurations
- 5Maintain endpoint security configurations and ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations
- 6Create and manage IT infrastructure dashboards and reports
- 7Oversee deployment of new products and hardware
- 8Escalate issues to Infrastructure manager PMO and Head of IT
- 9Provide primary escalation support to Tesco IT
- 10Ensure compliance with cybersecurity business continuity and data privacy regulations
Requirements11
- 1Excellent written documentation skills proficiency in English and good grammar
- 23+ years experience in Network Design Network Implementation Network Security Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting Network Optimization Documentation Collaboration Vendor Management Compliance Disaster Recovery
- 3Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely
- 4Experience with modern infrastructure and security products
- 5Networking knowledge TCP/IP DNS Routing Switching NAT VPN DHCP LAN WLAN
- 6Experience with centrally managed antivirus SEIM threat vulnerability management patching and performance management applications
- 7iOS Android Mobile Device Administration through MDM solutions
- 8Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Azure Active Directory Intune and security products
- 9PKI certificate management and renewal
- 10Travel ability up to 25%
- 11Strong background in process pump automation and control equipment solutions
