Overview

You will own enterprise telecom systems at KabaFusion, the largest privately held home infusion company serving 40+ states. Design and optimize VoIP, SIP, eFax, and unified communications across multi-site environments, with a focus on reliability and security. As a technical lead, you'll drive complex initiatives end-to-end and influence architecture decisions. This role offers the chance to mentor junior engineers while working independently on high-impact projects.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Design and implement VoIP and SIP solutions to meet performance and security requirements.
  • 2Lead enterprise-wide telecom projects from requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.
  • 3Optimize call routing and call center platforms to reduce costs and improve uptime.
  • 4Analyze call volume and utilization data to support capacity planning and budget forecasting.
  • 5Evaluate vendor solutions and coordinate due diligence, estimates, and bills of materials.
  • 6Partner with service providers to resolve escalated issues and ensure SLAs are met.
  • 7Develop architecture diagrams, standards, and operational procedures for telecom systems.
  • 8Collaborate with IT leadership and security teams to align telecom with organizational standards.

Requirements6

  • 16+ years in enterprise telecommunications engineering, with multi-site experience.
  • 2Advanced knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and call routing protocols.
  • 3Strong understanding of network fundamentals as they relate to voice platforms.
  • 4Proven troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-layer telecom issues.
  • 5Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 6Preferred certifications: Network+, CCNA, or similar.
