Overview
The client is hiring a Plumber Technician to deliver high-quality commercial plumbing services across the DMV region. This role involves independent fieldwork handling maintenance repairs and system installations using advanced tools and equipment with opportunities to grow technical expertise in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems including water heaters pumps and gas lines
- 2Perform drain cleaning using camera inspection and hydro-jetting equipment
- 3Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical schematics
- 4Mentor apprentices and support team development
- 5Document service work materials and job completion digitally
- 6Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and local plumbing codes
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
- 2Strong skills in pipefitting soldering and brazing copper PVC iron
- 3Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and communicate solutions
- 4Valid driver’s license with a clean insurable record
- 5Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred
