Overview
You will own plumbing system diagnosis and repair across commercial and industrial sites in Tampa. With 3+ years of commercial service, you'll handle water, sewer, gas lines, and fixtures. The team supports healthcare, education, and manufacturing facilities, backed by a full-service engineering firm. You'll also participate in on-call rotation and use mobile tech for documentation. What You'll Do10
- 1Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in the first 90 days
- 2Maintain domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and gas piping systems
- 3Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective repairs
- 4Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on plumbing equipment
- 5Install piping, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and pumps
- 6Read blueprints, schematics, and plumbing diagrams
- 7Complete service tickets and work orders with accuracy
- 8Communicate findings and repair options to customers professionally
- 9Comply with company standards, safety regulations, and plumbing codes
- 10Support on-call rotation and maintain vehicle inventory
Requirements9
- 13+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
- 2Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- 3Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare, or education
- 4Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- 5Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- 6Customer service and communication skills
- 7Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency
- 8Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent
- 9Backflow Certification or Medical Gas Certification preferred
