Commercial Lines Account Manager
Overview
Lead client interactions and manage commercial lines accounts at Dagley Insurance & Financial Services. Oversee policy and coverage discussions while collaborating with Account Executives. Provide expert guidance on risk management and ensure consistent service delivery.
What You'll Do6
- 1Apply knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Artisan Contractors Hospitality and Manufacturing to answer client queries
- 2Market and quote account renewals to secure competitive coverage and cost ratios
- 3Engage with multiple carrier underwriters and online rating portals
- 4Compile and manage renewal information for all accounts
- 5Maintain strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- 6Consult with management on risk management strategies based on technical expertise
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience servicing medium to large commercial accounts
- 2Valid Property and Casualty license
- 3Proficiency with AMS360 software preferred
- 4Understanding of Insurance and Brokerage operations
- 5Technical knowledge of relevant product areas or industries
- 6Ability to provide expert advice on risk mitigation
- 7Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
