Overview
Own and maintain hot and cold side commercial kitchen equipment at scale in a fast paced, on site role. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime across a growing national footprint while collaborating with chefs and a professional service team. This role emphasizes accountability, technical rigor, and calm problem solving in chaotic kitchens.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and diagnose hot side systems including Fryers and Griddles to minimize downtime within 90 days
- 2Repair and calibrate cold side equipment such as Walk-in Coolers and Ice Machines to maintain food safety standards
- 3Troubleshoot gas valves, ignition systems, and thermal controls to restore equipment performance quickly
- 4Diagnose refrigeration systems and compressors to prevent failures and extend equipment life
- 5Maintain documentation and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service calls
