What You'll Do10
- 1Build and install commercial heating and cooling systems on new construction projects
- 2Lead install crews to meet project milestones and safety standards
- 3Fabricate ductwork on site using sheet metal fabrication skills
- 4Read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure precise installations
- 5Brazing and soldering of piping systems on site
- 6Perform on-site testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
- 7Interpret and apply HVAC codes and safety practices to all tasks
- 8Collaborate with project managers and electricians to resolve field issues
- 9Maintain clean and organized work areas and documentation
- 10Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and training opportunities
Requirements10
- 11+ years of commercial residential HVAC installation experience
- 2Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- 3EPA Universal Certification
- 4Experience with Sheet Metal Fabrication
- 5Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- 6Proficiency in gas and refrigerant piping installation
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 8HVAC trade school certification (preferred)
- 9Knowledge of safety practices and HVAC codes
- 10Experience with commercial new construction (preferred)
