Lead regional ground‑up commercial, industrial, and TI projects for a national contractor from mobilization through closeout. Own major jobsites, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients. You’ll rely on Procore and field tools to drive safety, schedules, and quality while traveling regionally as needed. What You'll Do10

- 2Drive sequencing, look‑ahead planning, and daily production targets to keep projects on track
- 3Lead safety programs, enforce OSHA standards, and conduct site meetings
- 4Coordinate complex site logistics, equipment, and material deliveries
- 5Own daily logs, progress photos, and project documentation in Procore
- 6Serve as primary field contact for project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients
- 7Verify work aligns with engineering plans and specifications
- 8Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and schedule adherence
- 9Oversee mobilization through closeout across multiple high‑visibility projects
- 10Mentor field teams and promote a high‑performance culture
Requirements6
- 1Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- 2Procore experience for field administration
- 3Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
- 4Current OSHA 10 certification
- 5Experience managing ground‑up commercial or complex TI projects
- 6Strong technical proficiency with project documentation and scheduling software
